Shipment of Remote Devices: Update from DOE- PARENT ACTION REQUIRED
In order to receive your iPad device from the Department of Education that you requested previously, we received additional guidance last night asking parents or guardians to complete an additional form which is the student device loan agreement (TOU- terms of use); a completed TOU is required before the DOE can ship the device.
Families who previously completed a device request can complete the TOU by entering either an email address or phone number. Once these agreements are submitted the family will be eligible to receive an iPad.
The TOU agreement states a family understands the iPad is a loan from the DOE. These devices are issued to students to access remote learning and other educational uses during this time. Please be advised that these devices are the property of the DOE and contain hardware that allow the devices to be located if lost or stolen. The devices must be returned when on-site learning resumes, unless otherwise instructed by the DOE.
We are proud to share some highlights from our School Quality Snapshot. See why we had the Number 1 Snapshot of any Middle School in District 22. to review our entire snapshot.
Daily Health Screenings are required for EVERY STUDENT that enters the building EACH DAY. Prior to entering Roy H. Mann each morning our students MUST SCAN the Bar Code or Click the Link Below and answer the questions certifying his/her readiness to enter the school building.
